In 2017 Kent Tuten founded KLT Risk Concepts with a desire to provide clients with a true partner focused on helping them be more successful.

After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, Kent spent 9 years with a global property insurer in loss prevention, underwriting and management, and 23 years with two of the world's largest insurance brokerage firms helping clients implement effective insurance and risk management programs.

KLT Risk Concepts provides traditional insurance placement as well as insurance and risk consulting services.  We are focused on managing risk the most effective way possible, whether that is through traditional insurance, self-insurance, risk mitigation, or alternative risk financing solutions.
